All of our cakes and fillings are freshly prepared using the finest ingredients, ensuring they taste as amazing as they look.  These include: free range eggs, 100% organic cocoa, Nielsen-Massey vanilla paste, British butter and Fairtrade sugar.

Each iced cake tier contains 4 layers of sponge, teamed with delicious fillings and coated in 53% cocoa chocolate ganache with a flawless sugarpaste covering.

A vanilla sponge cake soaked in prosecco syrup, filled with prosecco buttercream and a delicious peach conserve.  

Vanilla Sponge Cake

A classic Victoria sponge cake, traditionally filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry or raspberry conserve.

Chocolate Devils Food Cake

A very rich and moist chocolate cake delicious filled with chocolate buttercream or equally lovely with espresso or salted caramel buttercream.

Lemon Drizzle Sponge Cake

A zingy lemon cake, drizzled with lemon syrup keeping it lovely and moist and filled with lemon curd buttercream.

Chocolate Orange Sponge Cake

A rich moist chocolate cake flavoured with fresh orange zest and filled with chocolate orange buttercream.

Sticky Toffee Sponge Cake

Based on the fabulous dessert – sticky toffee pudding – this cake is rich and moist and even more delicious when teamed with our salted caramel buttercream.

Coconut and Lime Sponge Cake

A moist coconut and lime sponge cake filled with coconut buttercream.  For an extra treat, why not have the sponges drizzled in Malibu syrup!

Bakewell Tart Sponge Cake

A moist almond sponge cake layered with almond buttercream, cherry conserve and flaked almonds.

Rich Dark Fruit Cake

My own recipe rich, dark and moist fruit cake, made several months in advance, fed with brandy and coated in a layer of natural marzipan.


Special Dietary Requirements

The sponge cakes do not contain nuts (unless otherwise stated), but there may be nut traces present.  The cakes are not gluten or dairy free and the fruit cakes contain alcohol and nuts.
